Pest Register disclaimer
Official New Zealand Pest Register
New Zealand applies stringent controls on goods imported into the country, to protect our environment, flora, fauna, and human health from biosecurity risks. MPI must be satisfied that imported goods, animals, plant products, or food are not in themselves, or harbour, regulated pests or unwanted organisms. Biosecurity clearance will not be given unless MPI is confident that any biosecurity risk has been managed.
